Training Itinerary
Our goal is to teach everyone that comes into our training room the fundamentals of basketball so that they can become the best player they can be. After all, there are no star athletes that became basketball pros without first learning and perfecting the fundamentals of the game.
Our training is personalized to each player's unique needs and our coaches are always willing to work individually with players to improve specific skills in key areas. Our training includes these basketball fundamentals training, both individualized and in group settings:

Warm Up
Body Movement and stretching
Defensive Drills
Close outs, defensive slides, back peddling
Dribbling
Right hand, left hand, 2 ball, cones
Passing
Chest pass, bounce pass, overhead pass
Shooting
Catch and shoot, shooting on the dribble, pull up jump shots
Stretching
Calves, hamstrings, quads, arms, core
